Anna (Head of Program Management, and Managing Director) was born in the Eastern Ukraine, where she has been living until March 2022, before moving to Germany.
She studied Mathematics and Physics at the “Nikolai Gogol“ University in Nizhyn.
She has been working in the pharmaceutical and hospitality industries.

Oleg was born and grew up in Kyiv, Ukraine.
He has 20+ years of working experience in (re-)insurance industry and in artificial intelligence. Oleg is a Professional Scrum Master and evangelist of the agile communication style.

Francesco was born in Italy, is living in Germany and is a 28 years veteran of the IT networking Industry.
A human rights activist (member of several NGOs and charities), after spending the last decades as a Senior Engineer and CTO for several organizations, including national and international enterprises in the wireless sector, Francesco now focuses on cybersecurity in healthcare. He has been investigating the human right to benefit from scientific research, still denied to millions of people, trying to trace the root causes.

Andrea was born and raised in Italy and currently works from the Baltic. A fine software craftsman in the Italian tradition, where each profession is an art in terms of refinement and attention to detail.
He is skilled in creating extremely technical and complex applications, for which it is really difficult to find an experienced professional.
Some areas he loves to work in: low level communication systems, cryptography, cloud systems, both back end and front end, for any platform, decentralised software systems, peer to peer networks, blockchain.

Ely was born and raised in Sumatra, before moving to Germany. She is participating in research on AI-based medical diagnostics and pursuing her Ph.D. at the University of Göttingen. Having a background in law, she also focuses on the legal grounds of data and technical implementation. Most of her work is related to computer software as a medical device.

Doriane moved to the USA from France 10 years ago after earning a Ph.D. in biochemistry and bioinformatics.
She has since held various positions in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and data analytics in Fortune 500 companies.
She is an analytical thinker focused on strategy planning and innovation through technology tools, and is currently leading a supply chain analytics team in a major pharmaceutical company.

Amir is a medical doctor, biotechnologist and entrepreneur from Iran. Since 2008 he has been researching cancer, with a focus on viral based cancers, and its connection with other diseases. He holds an associate degree, a bachelors and a masters in natural science and biology, as well as a PhD in medicine and biomedicine.

Luca was born in Italy and is living in Germany.
He has held several international customer service and support positions of increasing responsibility in key market leaders within the healthcare and medtech industry.
Always putting customers first, he aims to provide best in class customer experience, defining a clear road map for what an excellent customer journey looks like.

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Justin is a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in AI, computer vision, machine learning, and Python. His experience spans sectors from technology and sports to finance, helping companies solve complex challenges and drive process efficiencies. Notably, Justin developed an AI ride detection system for a leading theme park operator, elevating dispatch accuracy from 40% to over 90%. He brings extensive knowledge of technologies such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, NVIDIA GPUs and their suite of AI tools, Docker, and AWS, delivering solutions that amplify business insights, automate workflows, and enhance operational accuracy. Justin has traveled and lived worldwide and currently resides in Vancouver, Canada.

Lara is Associate Professor of Political Economy at the University of Messina, Italy. She holds a PhD in Public Economics, a Master of Science in Health Economics, and a Master of Science in International Business and Economic Integration. She has been coordinator and scientific tutor in Health Economics and Management, and has collaborated extensively in the research activities of CEIS. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Association of Health Economics (AIES). Her research interests include the quality of life for patients with chronic diseases, the economic evaluation of health programmes, the efficiency of health structures and long-term care.

Charlotte was the managing partner of the Berlin-based communications and marketing agency Solokarpfen Publishing (solokarpfen.de) with heart and soul until 2020. Parallel to her studies, she developed and managed the only German-language NeXT magazine “NEXTTOYOU“.
As early as 1999, she became editor-in-chief online at zooplus.de in Munich. For falkemedia Verlag she built up a large web portal and was editor-in-chief of the magazine Mac Life as well as numerous special issues on Apple products. She was also editor-in-chief of “m – Das Technik und Lifestyle Magazin” and “Kitazeit”.

Lidiia was born and raised in Ukraine before relocating to Germany in 2015 to pursue her third master’s degree. With extensive experience in linguistics, business administration, and sales, she has developed a strong understanding of user needs and business objectives. While her path to becoming a UX/UI designer may not follow the traditional route, she is recognized as a creator and a creative problem solver. She is drawn to culture of innovation and is committed to developing products with a global impact.

Kateryna – Full-stack developer with experience in creating modern digital solutions. Passionate about building user-friendly interfaces and ensuring the reliability of backend systems. Enjoys solving complex problems and constantly improving skills. Believes that programming has no limits for creativity and growth. In free time, explores new technologies and finds inspiration in everyday moments.
